3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

4. Delivery Policy

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery.

Orders outside our delivery zones may be canceled and refunded.


6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery or expected delivery date.
